Educate ethical and effective communicators

Communication is fundamental to human existence. Communication narrates our past, positions our present, and guides our future aspirations.

Access to cutting-edge technology is essential for our next generation of ethical, effective communicators. State-of-the-art media labs enable students to excel at their craft while learning the fundamentals of the discipline. We, in higher education, also have a responsibility to prepare leaders who reflect the diversity of our communities and who absorb and listen to diverse perspectives. To strengthen our efforts in these areas, the School of Communication will make key hires in faculty positions to broaden the scope of our diversity and promote a more inclusive group of ethical communicators.
