Engage external stakeholders to plan and build for urban resilience
The School of Architecture has built a reputation for relevance and efficacy by collaborating with public and private institutions.
Now, as we mobilize to help cities build resilience in the face of climate change and sea-level rise, we seek further engagement with stakeholders in business, industry, government, and local communities. Our curriculum is built around a series of design-studio courses in which students and faculty members can do a deep dive into challenges facing cities around the world. The School of Architecture is seeking corporate sponsorship and partnership with nonprofit and public institutions to enhance the relevance and impact of real-world, problem-based learning.
