Your support provides our teams with resources for responding to emerging health threats and recruiting talented investigators—realizing our aspirations to reach the top echelon of academic health institutions in the nation and eradicate the most vexing diseases of our time.

Fundraising priorities:

• We want to create a medical research endowment and research scholars program that will establish a world-class research facility at the Miller School with state-of-the-art laboratories, equipment, and space for our physician-scientists to pursue innovative treatments and cures. This cornerstone initiative will enable us to more easily investigate emerging health threats and pursue novel ideas that don’t yet have significant funding.
• Establish an Institute of Brain and Neurological Health to provide a place where our neuroscientists will collaborate under one roof to find treatments for devastating brain illnesses and disorders.
