Music and the human spirit

Through exploration of the unifying and healing influences of music, the Frost School of Music seeks to leverage the power of music to enrich the lives of people everywhere.

In partnership with the Miller School of Medicine and the School of Nursing and Health Studies, we have developed one of the nation’s top science-based, neurologic music therapy programs. We will seek private support to establish an endowed faculty chair, strengthening our capabilities in this area and magnifying our standing as a leader in cross-disciplinary innovation.
