To get us there, we’re recruiting a championship-level fundraiser with a winning record that matches our proud athletics history.

As the new assistant vice president of athletics development, you’ll put into action the bold vision of the U’s new athletic director and our elite roster of coaches – generating support for our gifted student-athletes, first-class facilities, and championship men’s and women’s teams through successful annual, major, and principal gift programs.
As a member of the Division of Development and Alumni Relations, you’ll be surrounded by a team of enthusiastic colleagues representing all areas of the University and ready to lend their expertise and provide the supports to fuel our collective success.

Miami Welcomes Home Mario Cristobal as Football Head Coach
One of college football’s most highly regarded coaches, Mario Cristobal returns to his alma mater. Cristobal, who helped lead the University of Miami to two national championships in 1989 and 1991 as a standout offensive lineman, has been named the University’s 26th football head coach.

Miami Athletics held its eight annual Celebration of Women’s Athletics presented by adidas, honoring 11 female student-athletes at the Carol Soffer Indoor Practice Facility. The CWA honors current Miami female student-athletes from each of the U’s nine women’s programs for their excellence on the playing field, as well as in the classroom and community.
